Nano Aerogel Thermal Insulation Coating
This product takes high-purity nano aerogel as the core thermal insulation component, combined with an independently developed inorganic composite bonding system, and is refined through special dispersion, modification and molding processes. It not only retains the core advantages of nano aerogel such as ultra-low thermal conductivity and porous air permeability, but also has the characteristics of easy construction and seamless coverage of coatings. It completely solves the pain points of traditional thermal insulation materials (such as rock wool and glass wool) such as heat leakage at joints, cumbersome construction and high maintenance costs. It can be widely applied to various industrial equipment and building substrates without complex pre-treatment. After construction, it forms a dense and firm thermal insulation layer, achieving the “thin-layer high-efficiency” thermal insulation effect.
